Ready... Set.... Fun!!!!!

Oh yes my Plan!!~! Work for one hour on many projects at a time. Little by little they we make progress.

It worked for one day!

Yes, One whole day.

Nope, I am going to do what I want and if those UFO’s stay UFO’s it was meant to be!!

I am starting this….

It is the pattern I ordered from Sarah Jane! The pattern was traceable or iron on; Hmm, iron on for me!!

I love to use a small hoop, 4 inches. I also use a stabilizer. The back of my work is so messy. The flannel that I use I love so much that I bought a bolt of 20 yards!! Since it will be years until I use it all I have it listed in my eBay store. This is the only flannel I will use for the back of my embroidery. You needle will glide right through and no stitch work will show on the front. I highly recommend this flannel.

Also added to the store the highly awaited black Finca Floss, black Kona .

Remember to visit Sew We Quilt at Stash Manicure for the Wantobe Campaign. It is amazing  and has been only 5 days!!!!

Happy Weekend!

  2. I love all the colors in the piece and the threads. I might have asked, but what type of needle do you use with the threads?

  5. I'll be interested in seeing how it turns out. I've met SweetJane herself (she is local) and I love all her patterns.

  6. At least you gave it a try and stuck with it for an entire day. I keep getting all motivated and getting projects quilted but for some strange reason I have a hard time pushing through and getting the binding done lol.

  13. I have a question. Do you have trouble rehooping with the flannel layer loose? Or do you baste them together? And do you prewash the flannel?

I am going to your store to get some. I am having hip replacement next week and see some embroidery time in my future.
