My Last 6 weeks in Pictures....

I took a blog break over the Holiday Season but I was still sewing, baking, decorating, shopping, and relaxing.

Tons of family time!  Just the best as I know you all agree.

So here is what has been going on!

For Annie,  a finish!

Baking...

I will never bake without this paper!

Tea Cakes
Thanks to Jodi for reminding me how much I love these cookies.

Almond Tea Cake

Fabric Shopping!

A sweet treat from a friend!

I won a giveaway from Kelly at

You know I love pink and how cute are those scissors!
Thanks again Kelly!

Started a new table runner from a cute pattern I found on Craftsy.

Stitching during family time movies and a cozy fire.

Look at this great clock I received from my sister for Christmas!
I love it!

Now on to 2015 with these fabrics...

The children and teachers have another day off of school today do to negative wind chills.

My grand-babies are playing play-doh with mommy.  A great stay in and stay warm day.

So you stay safe and do something you love.

See you next week.

  2. It looks like a great 6 weeks. Glad you like the fabric and scissors.
Is that a vintage cookbook you are baking from? Love the vintage clock especially that color. I am envious of your kerchief girls, why don't they reprint those??? We need to start a petition!

  11. I love your review in pictures and I'm VERY curious about the Christmasy fabrics in the 1st pic under the tea cakes. If memory serves me right, one of your pictures enticed me to get another Christmas bundle not that long ago.
