I did get a lot done yesterday. I made eight blocks for the Bee There or Bee Square Bee. I think this is my new favorite block. It is called the Plus Sign Block. It was super fun and super easy and looks great in projects!
I also finished six wonky stars for the Sew Wonky Bee. I was able to make three 6.5 inch blocks and three 3.5 inch blocks with the fabric I received. As you can tell from my last post I love to make wonky stars and this is what I am going to do for my Christmas Quilt, sometime in the near future.
You certainly are getting down to some serious sewing....good for you!!
ReplyDeleteYour grandson is getting so big and handsome.
yay for you, Jane! Hope you're not getting too much drywall dust everywhere... I can't wait til the move is over so I can get sewing again!
ReplyDeleteThe plus blocks look great. Love the color combos.
ReplyDeleteI am a big fan of the wonky star. I have a scrappy one on my to do list.
Wow, you got all of that done. Just think how much sewing you will get done in your new studio. Love the Wonky Stars!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful blocks Jane!
