You know I am not even a little embarrassed to show you these pictures as this is my office/store/sewing room taken apart!!
Before I can have order I have to have disorder!!!
Now maybe you can understand why I did not rush to put my new sewing room together. This is a huge job!

SO….
Here you go…
My big mess that I will turn into my OCD organizational Heaven!
OK, yes it will take some time, but stick with me, will ya’!!
I did that last year and it took forever but is so worth it in the end. Yours will be GORGEOUS!!!!
ReplyDeleteYa know... it's going to be great.
ReplyDeleteYou have space...and stuff to put in it! Great!
ReplyDeleteOh, word verification today for me was "recutte"...wonder if that is a sign.....
Im right there with you. I am still working on my organizing my studio. Tomorrow Billy shelves from IKEA-YEAH! Today take everything off the inadequate shelves and stuff it on one side of the room.
ReplyDeleteI think God created fabric and rabbits at the same time.... they both multiply at the same rate....
ReplyDeleteAaah! Nothing like a good re-organization project to start off the new year! It's a lot of work, but so worth it in the end!
ReplyDeleteHave fun :)

An early start to Spring Cleaning I can see. You motivate me to want (need) to do the same.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing the mess.. now I don't feel half as bad when mine is messy..I simply LOVE the pink phone!!
ReplyDeleteI call that a fun mess...just think how your new studio is going to look...

ReplyDeleteI bet you make some discoveries going through your stuff.
ReplyDeleteI love that pink phone.
Good Morning,Jane,
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see how this will look all put back together. I need to do some serious reorganizing in my sewing studio, too!
Have a thoughtful Thursday ~Natalie
I'm in a unfinished basement. I have amazing shelves that my sweetie built. I have a great table area, bright lights to help these old eyes.
ReplyDeleteI just found it again after the Christmas rush! Once I cleared all the christmas wrap, the fabrics put away, the quilts which were borroughed to cover the grandkids, it's looking inviting again...took two days.
Oh the relief you will feel.
I took a test to see if I was a fabricolic (which I knew I wasn't) and I failed it miserably, 2 out of 10...you would definitely be a 10!
Once finished you are gonna be so organized and productive! Just re-did my sewing area, well, almost finished. Giving away a bunch of stuff was the best feeling of all. I must stop hoarding, I must stop hoarding....
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh how exciting.....can't wait to see it all organized....
ReplyDeleteIt is so worth it when you get it all put back together. I took every single thing out of my sewing room last year. It is better. I just wish it would stay perfect!
ReplyDeleteHi Jane, My craft room looks like yours only ten times worse. I'm trying to "put 5 pounds of potatoes in a 10 pound bag. I still have at least a dozen more 50 gallon tubes full of fabric and about that many more in craft stuff. And....I'm trying to put it all into an 8 x 10 bedroom plus 3 machines.
