My Farmer's Wife Blocks are now a flimsy. I took your advice and moved a few blocks around to hopefully make it look appealing.
I had a very hard time deciding on the color of cornerstones, so I went with nulti-colored and I am so happy with that decision. I then framed the whole quilt in Kona White and added a border of a Pam Kitty Pink Fabric.
I am going to quilt it with a soft pink in a grid pattern.
I NEVER could have done this quilt without the classes I took from Karen at Laugh Yourself Into Stitches. They were amazing and she was so helpful. The link to her classes is on my side-bar and she now has a super fun Facebook group!
Well, the worst part for me lies ahead! Basting and marking the top. I just want to quilt!
Here she is as a flimsy.
The next time you see her, pictures will be taken in the snow as I hand quilt.
Corner-stones
Not too bad for a semi-blind gal!
I was trying to capture the color of the border because it is such a pretty pink.
So, off to watch a scary movie as I baste. Ick!!
Happy Sewing and Thank You for your visit.
