I finished the top! It went together like a great puzzle. Thanks to Elaine all the pieces fit! I think one of the reasons I liked this pattern was the colors. I usually do not work in these tones, but something about it shouted “Try me, give me a chance”!

I was very happy to find out that Joann’s had their thread 50% off; so, nuts! I had to go shopping since some of theses colors I did not have in my stash.
The next step, the hand quilting. I hope to be able to show you the finished project in a few (many) months. Hopefully just in time for fall decorating!!
