The Apple Core…
Fall, leaves turning, days shorten, and apples get picked. I decided it would be wonderful to make a table-runner with the apple core die.
I will admit I was very nervous. I have always wanted to use this shape but to trace a template, cut it out and then expect it to match……
NO WAY
Not with theses eyes!!
So, that is why I choose this die.
Here I “Go”.
I first marked my die. I cannot stress how much this helps!!
Picked out some fall fabrics.
Rolled it through the “Go”.
And here they are!
Now comes the hard part, oh so I thought, but look at the notches, they match up perfectly. So, I matched the notches and used pins.
I went to the sewing machine, and hoped it would work.
Not only did it work,
BUT
It worked on the VERY FIRST TRY!!!
I LOVE this wonderful “Go” machine.
Off to make more apple cores!!
YIPPEE!! EVEN I CAN DO THIS NOW!!!!
