Table Topper Blog Hop---~ My Turn!

Table Topper Blog Hop

I am so excited to be part of Madame Samm's Blog Hop

FOR

They have so many wonderful products. This table topper is just one of many for you to enjoy.

Here we go!

I do not know about you but I have a ton of orphan blocks. Some I have made for tutorials. Some for swaps that I decided did not fit the plan. Some to practice a technique and some for quilts I started and never finished.
I decided to take one of my favorites and turn it into a table topper mini quilt.

This is one of my favorite paper piecing blocks from
Called
Wheel Of Fortune.

I have made this block several times and is still my go to block.
Here it is in 1930's prints.

I also have orphan squares. So I put these together to remind me of my quilters palette quilt.
I love to look at this for color and fabric inspiration.

Lastly...
A little bit of whimsy.
Using a Japanese Print, I have been hoarding saving for a long time.
Who does not like to play "Peek a Boo"?

So , now you go and take a "Peek" at the other blogs that are hopping today!

Until I started following this blog hop, I never thought about those orphan blocks. Well they won't be orphans much longer. Thanks for the ideas and great job.

Jane your Peek a Boo quilt is certainly a cutie but I'm intrigued by the Wheel of Fortune. It's paper piecing...I'm like Samm, I find that method tricky. Whatever it is I love it. blessings, marlene

what a great way to show off "orphan blocks" ☺ I relly like the squares and usually that's not my style--here i think it's small enough to showcase them without feeling overwhelming.
Even the hanger caught my eye--love the art deco/craftsman motif.
